Ego

Ego is a arrogance. Arrogance that they are better than others.

Gossiping is ego. Those who gossip about others assume that they are bettter. Quite often they are not.

They complain about the attainments or lack of attainments of others without reflecting upon the the situations and constraints under which they had to perform.

Those who display ego in their attitudes are not being loving or compassionate towards others.
