Worries are a state of mind when we see ordinary situations as problems.
Rather than address the needs of the current situation, we try to avoid past situations or influence future outcomes, both of which is beyond our control.
We often worry over past mistakes or worry that we may not experience the joys we may have experienced in the past.
Whether the past was good or bad, it is truely past. History never repeats itself.
We should forget the past and just enjoy the present.
The future will work out fine. The future will work out right. The future will always work out better.
Just remember your past attainments. Whatever situations you may have faced, you addressed them well.
Likewise, you will be able to address any adverse situations that you may currently face.
Focus on addressing the situation rather than make problems out of ordinary situations.
